Ms. Karnitz came to Crimson Heights Health and Wellness after a ground level fall resulting in a hip fracture.

Upon evaluation, Ms. Karnitz was dependent on staff to complete daily task, reposition and perform basic transfers.

With a custom therapy plan, hard work and a positive mind set Ms. Karnitz is making rapid gains towards her goals of independence.

Today, Ms. Karnitz is completing daily living task without caregiver assistance and is walking 300 feet with her rollator.

Ms. Karnitz is preparing to discharge back home.
